SIGNAL FREQUENCY SCORE · 95/100

R:R (Risk:Reward)

Definition

Ratio of potential profit to potential loss, measured to TP2. Sigmentum requires a minimum of 1.8 across all active signals. Below 1.5, the system suppresses the signal regardless of confidence.

How Sigmentum uses it

R:R = (TP2 − Entry) ÷ (Entry − SL). Sigmentum never emits a signal with R:R below 1.5. At R:R 2.0 with a 40% win rate, a strategy still generates positive expectancy — meaning the system tolerates a significant miss rate before the account declines. Asymmetry is the structural requirement: if you can be wrong more than right and still win, risk management becomes your primary edge.
