Execution agent

Definition

An automated system that monitors live signals and executes trades on your behalf — either sending alerts (Signal tier) or placing orders directly via broker API (Momentum tier). Sigmentum's agent runs 24/7 across all covered assets.

How Sigmentum uses it

The execution agent sits between signal generation and the market. On Signal tier, it formats the signal and sends it to your configured Telegram channel or email within seconds of generation. On Momentum tier, it connects to your broker API and places the trade automatically at the signaled entry, with stop loss and take-profit orders submitted simultaneously. The agent never modifies an active position — once placed, the trade is managed by the stop/TP logic set at entry.
